The Jim Pretzel System is a high-performance polyaspartic sand-broadcast floor coating designed for demanding, no-nonsense environments such as garages, workshops, warehouses, commercial floors, and high-traffic industrial spaces.

How it's applied:

• Tinted polyaspartic base coat for solid color and excellent adhesion.
• Broadcast sand aggregate (specially selected—not the standard 40/60 mesh kiln-dried—for ideal texture and grip).
• Scraping to level and remove excess for a uniform, even surface.
• Second layer of the same tinted polyaspartic to fully embed and lock in the aggregate.
• Final clear or tinted polyaspartic topcoat for superior protection, durability, and a subtle sheen.
