Justin Fletcher didn't just join 814 Epoxy and More — he's the primary reason it exists.

With more than 25 years of construction experience spanning roofing, framing, and general trades, Justin brought a level of field credibility that's rare in this industry. It took years of recruiting to get him here — he resisted his cousin (Joe) for a long time. But when he finally said yes, it was the catalyst that turned flooring from some of our business to all of our business. 814 Epoxy and More was built at that moment.

As Lead Project Manager and primary crew lead, Justin oversees job sites from start to finish — managing execution, quality control, and the standards that separate a good floor from a great one. His transition into resinous flooring over the past five years has been total, and his growth as an installer has been nothing short of extraordinary.

What sets Justin apart is an attention to detail that borders on obsessive, which is exactly what this work requires. Uneven flake coverage. Metallic contamination. A control joint that wasn't properly filled before the topcoat. He sees it before it becomes a problem. That instinct can't be taught. You either have it, or you don't.
