- Concrete in excellent/new condition — Minimal prep needed beyond cleaning and light grinding/etching for adhesion (no major repairs required).
- High-adhesion primer — Seals the surface, blocks moisture, and ensures strong bonding.
- Pigmented urethane coating — Applied in one or two coats for a uniform solid industrial color (choose from our standard shades like grays, tans, beiges, etc.) — provides good chemical resistance, easy cleaning, and a subtle sheen or satin finish.
- Aluminum oxide-infused urethane topcoat — Adds exceptional abrasion/scratch resistance, reliable non-slip traction (even when slightly wet or oily), and enhanced durability without creating a heavy texture. The fine aluminum oxide grit keeps the surface smooth yet grippy, while boosting impact resistance for everyday bumps and scuffs.
